We were delighted to be joined by Steven Van Belleghem from Nexxworks as our headline speaker. Steven’s new book, Customers the Day After Tomorrow – a story about the future of customer relations in a world of artificial intelligence, automation and bots – has sold over 10,000 copies.
Illuminating customer stories from his book, Steven delivered an insightful keynote encouraging attendees to win over the hearts and minds of their peers to secure a place in delivering engaging and insightful customer experiences in the next wave of digital disruption.
GX Factor
This year, some of Gamma’s familiar faces took to the GX Summit 2019 stage for one day only in the GX Factor!
Singing hits such as You’re the WAN that I want and Collab-or-ate Baby, our contestants faced the judges panel and live audience vote in a bid to become the first ever GX Factor winner – all in support of our chosen charity, Starlight Children’s Foundation.
